DuDs Empreendimentos ("we", "our") operates the Planner TDAH application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law 13.709/2018).

2. Data Collected

Planner TDAH was designed with privacy in mind. The App stores locally on your device: your 90-day cycle goals and objectives, daily and weekly reflections, personal notes and annotations, progress and usage statistics, and app preferences (theme, language, notifications). We do not collect personally identifiable data such as name, email, or location.

3. How We Use Data

Locally stored data is used exclusively to: display your progress and statistics within the App, generate insights about your productivity habits, enable data export in PDF format, and personalize your experience in the App. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing.

4. Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device using secure iOS technologies (SwiftData/CoreData). Data remains on your device and under your complete control. Automatic backup may occur through iCloud if you have this feature enabled in your device settings.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties. Since data is stored locally, we do not have access to it. The only way for your data to leave the device is through the PDF export function that you manually control.

6. Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data: secure local storage using native iOS frameworks, data encryption when the device is locked (through iOS data protection), and no data transmission to external servers.

7. Your Rights (LGPD Art. 18)

Under the LGPD, you have the right to:

• Confirmation of the existence of data processing
• Access to your data (available directly in the app)
• Correction of incomplete or outdated data
• Deletion of data (through the "Reset All" option in the app)
• Data portability (through PDF export)
• Revocation of consent at any time

8. Data Retention

Your data remains on the device as long as the App is installed. When you uninstall the App, all local data is permanently removed, unless you have iCloud backup enabled.

9. Minors

The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not intentionally collect data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information, please contact us.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through the App. We recommend reviewing this page regularly. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this document.
