By downloading, installing, or using the Planner TDAH application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the App. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any future changes to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Planner TDAH is a personal productivity application based on the principles from the book "Essentialism" by Greg McKeown. The App provides tools for 90-day cycle planning, daily and weekly tracking, reflections, and progress statistics. The App is intended for personal use only and does not constitute medical or psychological advice.

3. Account and User Data

Planner TDAH operates locally on your device. All your data, including goals, reflections, and progress, is stored exclusively on your device. We do not collect or transmit your personal data to external servers. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data through the App's export features.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the App; use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation; or redistribute, sublicense, or commercialize the App without express authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, icons, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Quotes from the book "Essentialism" included in the App are the property of Greg McKeown and are used for educational purposes. DuDs Empreendimentos holds all rights to the App not explicitly granted in these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. DuDs Empreendimentos does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific needs. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend periodically reviewing these Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the user's domicile, as provided by the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990).
